Returns We want you
to be completely satisfied with your purchases so
please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our
products.
All items are despatched in excellent condition, if lost or damaged in
the post
we will try to rectify the matter to your satisfaction, by either
replacement
or refund. You
will receive a full refund within 14
days of receipt of the returned item by the same
format that you
paid for the goods, ie. either by cheque or through PayPal by credit or
debit
card as applicable. They should be returned to us in their
original
condition at your own cost. We'll also pay the
return shipping costs if the return is a result
of our error. The
goods to be returned should be wrapped securely in
their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available
similar
packaging should be used to provide secure packaging for the transit of
the
goods. You should also include a note with details of your name,
address.

Cancellations You
may cancel from the day of the order and up to 14 (fourteen) working
days
after the day on which you receive the goods. If you wish to
cancel you

must have written
notice of your cancellation. You
