Paypal is now up and running!

December 2006

I’m pleased to announce that later this month, with the integration of a paypal shopping cart system, you will be able to buy my work with confidence, direct from the website. The final steps are being implemented now and I will update you of its completion later this month. In the meantime, pages will temporarily have buy button that don’t as yet link to the paypal shopping cart. You can still buy in the usual way. See Buying for more details.

At The still point of the Turning World
West Ox Arts Gallery, Bampton
1st – 22nd October 2006

I never did see the famous Bampton Morris Dancers. When I’ve been there all I’ve seen is a polar bear doing the Macarena with a troop of 3 dwarfs.
Shouting out the lyrics in a Barbour style quartet. Very disappointed. Their
Can Can was more inspired, but still not Morris standards. Still, worth a visit.

Me and 6 other artists will be showing for the most of October.

Tell the polar bear that it was rubbish from me. (when being chased by a bear do not run, lie on the ground and stay very still).

Artweeks 2006 15th of May – 6th of June

I will have work in several different locations all around Oxford. For those of you in Oxford who aren’t inclined to walk, I thought this might just give you that little extra incentive. For those of you who can walk and walk and walk, this is fantastic news! You can walk for days round oxford knowing you have a real sense of destiny.

I will be showing in a group show of printmakers at the Ashmolean Museum in the city centre. This place is the oldest museum in the world. One day someone will build a museum to put this museum in. In the mean time, have a look; the early panel paintings are worth seeing. Also in the centre of town I will be showing my work at Sanders of Oxford a fantastic print gallery located in the city’s High Street. If you like prints this place is worth a visit anytime of the year. It has more prints for sale than most museums have in their collections. In the east of Oxford I will be in a group show of printmakers at the Oxford printmakers workshop. This is an incredible place. It survives only because of the dedicated people who use the facilities and the brilliant technicians who work there. If you visit Oxford pop your head in and say hello. You will see artists work together in an environment that makes for something truly special. Lastly in the north of the city I will be exhibiting in Wolvercote Church. A nice church. Enjoy your walk!

artweeks
Battersea Park, London - 16th to 19th March 2006

I will be there with the Edition3 stand. I hope to see you there to. If you want a free ticket, just send me a S.A.E (with stamp on it) and I’ll post one to you. Very limited supply… So be quick! P.S this does not mean you are obliged to buy my work. But, do pop round to the Edition3 stand and have a look if you have time. Don’t be put off by me swinging a watch on a chain in front of your face trying to influence your decision making process. Hope to see you there!
